Exchanges & Refunds within the United Kingdom
These returns, refunds and exchange policies apply to all product categories on brizoll.uk
We offer two options for returning goods:
- A refund (to the original payment method).
- An exchange for a similar item.
14 day cooling off period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us +447780069509 immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To prevent any damage during transportation, please inspect the goods upon receipt in the presence of the courier. If any damage is found during the inspection, do not accept the delivery and notify our customer care team immediately (+447780069509 or info@brizoll.uk).
Damages and issues
- Damage to the integrity of the packaging/damaged packaging.
- Products that do not match the images/parameters/completeness indicated in the store.
- Cracks and chips, damage to the integrity of the cookware.
- Signs of corrosion on the surface of cast iron cookware.
- Signs of damage to the coating on non-stick cookware.
- Missing or mismatched threads.
- Missing/inconsistent/damaged parts.
Proper condition of items / Returnable items
- The packaging of the product is neat and intact
- Cast iron cookware must be free of traces of rust, chips, cracks, burns, sharp edges
- Non-stick cookware should be free of scratches, cracks, deformation of the shape, and the handle should be well fixed.
- All components of the set correspond to the description of the ordered product
- All parts fit and are easy to assemble.
Non-returnable items (return policy for goods of inadequate quality)
The shop does not refund or exchange products that have been used, items with missing or damaged packaging, or damaged products.
The store reserves the right to refuse refund for goods that are not in their original condition. If the returned product has any defects not reported to our customer care team at the time of delivery, has damaged packaging, or signs of use, we will reject the refund/exchange. In such cases, the goods may be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense (£3.99).
If the return is due to non-compliance of the item, we will cover the delivery cost (£3.99).
Exchanges of goods
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- the reason for the refund or exchange (for example photos of damages and issues taken upon receipt)
- preferred method of refund or exchange,
- preferred method of communication.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
