Exchanges & Refunds within the United Kingdom

These returns, refunds and exchange policies apply to all product categories on brizoll.uk

We offer two options for returning goods:

  • A refund (the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 days).
  • An exchange for a similar item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (receipt).

Each item is shipped with a return form; to complete a return, you must fill out this form and send it back with the item.

Inspection upon Receipt

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, does not match your order, or has defects, do not accept the delivery. This will help avoid further inconvenience. Notify us immediately +447780069509 of any defects or damage, so we can address the issue appropriately.

Damages and Issues

Reasons for return or exchange may include:

  • Damage to packaging or lack of packaging integrity.
  • Products that do not match images, specifications, or completeness as indicated in the store.
  • Cracks, chips, or integrity damage to cookware.
  • Signs of corrosion on cast iron cookware.
  • Damage to the coating on non-stick cookware.
  • Missing or incorrect parts.

Proper Condition of Goods / Returnable Items

  • Product packaging should be neat and intact.
  • Cast iron cookware should be free of rust, chips, cracks, burns, or sharp edges.
  • Non-stick cookware should be free from scratches, cracks, deformation, and the handle should be securely attached.
  • All components in a set should match the description of the ordered product.
  • All parts should fit and be easy to assemble.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items / Items of inadequate quality

We do not accept returns or exchanges for used items, items with missing or damaged packaging, or damaged products.

The store reserves the right to refuse refunds for goods not in their original condition. If the returned product has defects not reported at the time of receipt, damaged packaging, or signs of use, we will reject the refund/exchange. In such cases, the goods may be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to non-compliance of the item, the store will cover the shipping cost (£3.99).
  • In the case of an exchange or return without a valid reason, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
